“Eilat My City” museum
“Eilat My City” is a museum that focuses on the growth and development of the city since the area was liberated in the 1949 Ovda campaign up until the present day. Issues that are addressed in the exhibits include water issues, the salt and electricity companies, the Eilat port, Arkia, the underwater observatory and more. One section of the Museum is devoted to the environment surrounding the city of Eilat while another deals with the development of the city’s economy and tourism. Photographs and displays in the Museum include the ink flag that was raised in Eilat after the city was liberated in 1949, the opening of the new port in 1956 and the peace agreement with Egypt in 1982.

Hello reader. My name is Charlotte Noris and I am sure that you will definitely enjoy my blog. Do you know why? All because on the pages you will see bright and colorful photos, as well as useful information. My husband and I are freelancers, so we can travel at any time of the year.
For myself, I most often plan tours in advance, but it also happens that the trip turns out to be spontaneous when I see an interesting place and a nice price. At the age of 35, I have visited more than 30 countries and do not plan to stop there. I want to visit all continents and the most secret corners of our planet.
