Tmol Shilshom
Tmol Shilshom is a restaurant-cum-reading-room located on the top floor of a Jerusalem stone building in the Nahalat Ha’Shiva neighborhood. It’s the choice location for a delicious dairy lunch, good cup of coffee, quiet place to read and fantastic food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Heaping salads, wholesome soups, warming Shakshuka, delicious fish dishes, delectable pasta dishes are on offer and the hot drinks menu is also quite fabulous.
Tmol Shilshom is named after a famous novel by S.Y. Agnon and it is quite common to see aspiring writers tucked up as they scribble away here, hoping to draw from some of the inspiration of the place that is renowned as being popular with literary clientele. The restaurant’s walls are lined with hundreds upon hundreds of books in English and Hebrew and if you spot something you like, you can buy it. Tmol Shilshom hosts lectures, readings, workshops and other literary events on a regular basis, with local and national authors featuring prominently.

Hello reader. My name is Charlotte Noris and I am sure that you will definitely enjoy my blog. Do you know why? All because on the pages you will see bright and colorful photos, as well as useful information. My husband and I are freelancers, so we can travel at any time of the year.
For myself, I most often plan tours in advance, but it also happens that the trip turns out to be spontaneous when I see an interesting place and a nice price. At the age of 35, I have visited more than 30 countries and do not plan to stop there. I want to visit all continents and the most secret corners of our planet.
