Ryu ("Dragon" in Japanese) is a mehadrin, meat, Asian-fusion Chef restaurant in the trendy Jerusalem neighborhood of Emek Refaim. Far Eastern cuisine meets local Mediterranean ingredients as Tomer, the chef who worked in exclusive restaurants around the world before deciding to put his stamp on the Israeli culinary scene, succeeds in creating innovative dishes with interesting combinations. Using fresh, organic produce, exciting gourmet delicacies are presented to diners with every dish a pleasant surprise.
Ryu has an indoor area as well as a large patio and is decorated with the striking combination of warm wood and strong iron, reflective of the worlds that intersect here in the fabulous dishes. Events for up to 150 people can be held on site.
