Ryu (“Dragon” in Japanese) is a mehadrin, meat, Asian-fusion Chef restaurant in the trendy Jerusalem neighborhood of Emek Refaim. Far Eastern cuisine meets local Mediterranean ingredients as Tomer, the chef who worked in exclusive restaurants around the world before deciding to put his stamp on the Israeli culinary scene, succeeds in creating innovative dishes with interesting combinations.
