The synthesis of Middle Eastern ingredients and southern European techniques is the latest culinary influence to hit Israel and Moti Ohana, the Chef at the Mediterranean Chef restaurant Hachatzer leads the way in this unique fusion of modern Israeli cuisine. Specializing in grilled meats, casseroles and fish, the menu at Hachatzer is creative and contemporary, using only the finest ingredients while inventively combining different cuisines and influences.
Hachatzer is located in the increasingly popular old train compound and gives off a warm and homey feel with two levels, a bar and open kitchen. The magnificent garden can hold up to three-hundred guests for special events. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service attentive and the clientele diverse.

Hello reader. My name is Charlotte Noris and I am sure that you will definitely enjoy my blog. Do you know why? All because on the pages you will see bright and colorful photos, as well as useful information. My husband and I are freelancers, so we can travel at any time of the year.
For myself, I most often plan tours in advance, but it also happens that the trip turns out to be spontaneous when I see an interesting place and a nice price. At the age of 35, I have visited more than 30 countries and do not plan to stop there. I want to visit all continents and the most secret corners of our planet.

Beyond any question, perhaps the best meal I have eaten in all of Israel.
Ceviche followed by Oxtail Tangine and a great glass of wine! How much better can it get. YUMMY.
