Lavan Ba’Cinematheque

Lavan Ba’Cinematheque

Breathtaking views of the Old City Walls, Mount Zion and the ancient city of David are all part-and-parcel of any meal had on the terrace of this restaurant. During recent renovations the terrace has been enclosed and dark glass comes between the diner and the spectacular view.

The owners of Adom (meaning Red), a mid-priced, high-quality cuisine restaurant in the Feingold Courtyard decided to branch out and opened Lavan (meaning White), a bistro that is located in the Jerusalem Cinematheque. The intensely white colored interiors allow the diners to focus on the stunning views from the windows.

The cuisine is dedicated to quality and cheaper and less complex than the sister-restaurant. Italian fare such as focaccia, pizza, pasta and risotto are on offer as well as Israeli-style breakfasts, continental baked goods, salads, fish and sandwiches.

Charlotte Noris

Hello reader. My name is Charlotte Noris and I am sure that you will definitely enjoy my blog. Do you know why? All because on the pages you will see bright and colorful photos, as well as useful information. My husband and I are freelancers, so we can travel at any time of the year. For myself, I most often plan tours in advance, but it also happens that the trip turns out to be spontaneous when I see an interesting place and a nice price. At the age of 35, I have visited more than 30 countries and do not plan to stop there. I want to visit all continents and the most secret corners of our planet.
